Preparation
Served chilled or warmed using heating instructions list:
STEAMER/COMBI OVEN
• Choose the HEAT THROUGH mode on combi oven.
• Select a temperature setting such as the GENTLE option, if available, or a temperature around 165°F.
• Place the packaged product in a perforated steam table pan or baking pan.
• Heat product for approximately 40 minutes or until hot.
• If desired, place in hot holding unit for service.
STOVE TOP
• Remove product from package and place in a large nonstick skillet.
• Heat product over MEDIUM heat and stir occasionally until hot and bubbly (approximately 10 minutes).
• If desired, place in hot holding unit for service.
MICROWAVE (1500 Watts)
• Remove product from package and place in a microwave-safe dish. Cover dish with plastic wrap.
• Heat on HIGH (100% power) for 4 minutes or until hot, stirring once halfway through heating.
• Let product stand for 1-2 minutes. Carefully remove plastic wrap as contents will be HOT! Stir well before serving.
• If desired, place in hot holding unit for service.
• Product will perform in hot holding unit for up to 3 hours. Stir product occasionally and monitor internal temperature of product every hour, keeping temperature of product at a minimum of 135°F.
BOIL-IN-BAG – NOT RECOMMENDED.
IMPORTANT: Packaging material may not exceed 212°F
